No. There are no licenses required to be a vendor.

Simply pull in and locate a space that is unoccupied and to your liking. Unpack and set up. Then begin selling. It is a very easy process. See our campus map link on the Home page to learn where to enter, park and set up your booth.

Outdoor spaces cost $20 per booth space (single parking space) and $10 for an adjacent parking space for your vehicle. Indoor spaces are $45/week (10x7 booths and larger size spaces). Please see Kim in the Peddlers Café for assistance. Fridays are only $5 outside! Set up is all first come, first serve! Hours: Friday 8am-2pm, Saturday and Sunday 7am-5pm year round, rain or shine!

An employee of Peddlers Flea Market will stop by each vendor in the morning to collect the standard fee.

You can speak with the person collecting your fee in the morning, or step inside to Peddlers Cafe and ask for Kim. She is very knowledgable on all aspects of Peddlers Flea Market, including space availabilty.

Baby food, infant formula, fireworks, alcoholic beverages, illegal items, bootleg or counterfeit items, crushed or ground incense, coin operated gumball or candy machines, ready to eat food, expired food, homemade food, petition signings, and any item deemed objectionable. Games of chance are not allowed. Adult and X-rated materials are not allowed.

Guns, ammo, electric scooters, upholstered furniture, and mattresses. Additional rent may be required for certain items. 

No. The market may not be used to further political agendas, parties, elections, issues, or candidates.

Yes. Vendors are expected to keep their booth spaces clean and organzed, Residual items like boxes need to be flattened before leaving for easy disposal. Nothing is to be left behind by vendors when leaving Peddlers Flea Market. Aisles are to be used for setting up and taking down booths only for the safety of all visitors. Loud or vulgar music and profanity are strictly monitored and are not allowed. Vendors receive one notice on any infraction. Repeat violations will result in loss of setup privileges.

Yes. We only provide the parking and booth spaces. You must bring your own tables.

Yes. Vendors assume the risk for theft or breakage. While Peddlers is a very friendly, honest and respectful place, we do suggest bringing a partner to watch your booth while you take breaks, or are in discussions with other buyers and may be distracted.
